You will be required to sign A Waiver of Liability upon pickup or delivery of your order.

I ______________________, understand this is a fundraiser for the non-profit group Save Our Sequim and further understand that those preparing the food for this Lasagna Fund-raiser are not professional cooks. However, this food is being prepared and distributed using a permitted commercial kitchen. Our cooks have food handlers permits, will ad-here to food safety practices and will practice COVID protocol. By signing this waiver I agree that I cannot sue or make claims against SOS or any individual volunteering for SOS, in any capacity or for any reason associated with this fundraiser.
